Wet Brine Mix
- A perfect blend of salt and seasonings for wet brining your poultry!
Comes with an optional 5 gallon bucket.
Instructions: Add brine mix to a large container with 1 ½ gallons water, stir and dissolve salt. Find a container to place bird on in fridge/cooler. Rinse turkey, remove giblets and place bird inside brining bag, so bird sits flat on bottom of bag and tie is upright. Pour brine mixture over bird, tie off bag and place upright in fridge/cooler. Keep refrigerated and let sit 24 hours in brine solution. Remove turkey, rinse and cook using preferred method.
Ingredients: Sun Crystal salt, course organic sugar, granulated garlic, ground sage, dried thyme, bay leaves, peppercorns and whole cloves.
This product is homemade and not prepared in an inspected kitchen.
