They are an absolute treat on oatmeal or in any favorite baked item. These are in a convenient 4 pound pack which tightly fills a one gallon ziplock style bag. They are raw and unwashed so wash or cook them before use.

Our Pasture Raised Italian Ground Turkey is made from whole muscle with an approximate blend of 70% dark meat and 30% light. We add a mild Italian seasoning (not sweet and not spicy) which makes it a wonderful addition to your favorite dishes.
Seasoning Ingredients: Dried Parsley, Oregano, Basil, Thyme, Black Pepper, Fennel Seeds, Paprika, Cayenne, Salt, Garlic & Onion Powder. (no other additives)
